My Story-

Owner, Kara Brewbaker, in 2009 at the young age of 16 received her cosmetology license. She's worked in numerous salons over the years but from the very beginning she knew her goal was to open a salon of her own. After the pandemic in 2020, Kara's search for the perfect studio was finally over. From the day we opened our doors in Lemoyne on August 1, 2021, we’ve earned our spot as a top Beauty Salon. We offer unparalleled beauty pampering, but also respect our clients’ busy schedules and will get you looking fabulous and on your way as soon as possible. Cancellation Policy-

Here at BADU SALON, all appointments require a retainer/deposit fee to secure your spot. Once this fee is sent, it is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE — no exceptions.

If you are unsure whether you can commit to your appointment time, please do not book until you are 100% certain. Once your retainer/deposit is sent, it will not be refunded or applied to another date, for any reason.

Additional Funds Sent with Deposit:

If YOU choose to send more than the required retainer/deposit amount, please understand that any extra amount will also be treated as part of your retainer/deposit. This means all funds sent are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the amount.

Why we have this policy:

As a small business, every appointment slot is valuable. When canceling an appointment and or no-showing this not only results in lost income but also prevents other clients from being served. Retainer/deposit fees protect our time, ensure fairness, and allow us to operate smoothly for all of our clients. Retainer/deposit fees also ensure that your appointment is reserved exclusively for you and that our business can continue running smoothly for everyone.

Right to Refuse Service:

We value our time and the commitment we make to each client. If a client cancels appointments repeatedly or fails to show up (“no-shows”) once or more, we reserve the right to refuse future services. Appointment reliability is essential to maintaining a professional and respectful business environment for all clients.

By booking your appointment and sending your retainer/deposit, you are agreeing to these terms. ONCE MORE, If you are not 100% sure you can commit to your appointment, DO NOT book until you ARE certain. Once the fee is sent, it will not be refunded or applied to another date for any reason. Late Arrival Policy

We understand that life happens. However, if you arrive 15mins or more late, we will need to reschedule your appointment or shorten the services being provided in order to stay on schedule for other clients. At BADU, we value each guest's time and strive to ensure everyone receives the dedicated care and attention they deserve.
